1 GENERAL CAMP INFO
IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE:
To participate in the Hurricane Aquatics Sports Camp, each camper must be comfortable in water depths that exceed his or her height. If your child is not comfortable with that, you will be able to take swim lessons prior to camp.

WHAT TO BRING:
All Campers should bring the following: Change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, bug spray, pair of shoes, and a light weight jacket.

LUNCH OPTIONS:
Campers can bring a lunch from home or bring money to buy lunch in the food court. Food court choices include: Sbarro, Wendy’s, Niko’s Sandwich Shop, Mango Manny’s Cuban Cuisine.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
1. Full payment is due at the time of registration to reserve your child’s space in camp.

2. There will be no refunds given. We will allow transfer payments to other Camp Sessions in case of illness or emergency.

3. Exchanges will be accommodated, as space is available.

POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL INFO:
1. Please bring your online registration form and proof of payment to the first day of camp.

2. Health forms MUST be submitted before or brought the first day of camp. The child/children will not be allowed to participate in camp until the forms are submitted – NO EXCEPTIONS. The required forms are: HRS Form 3040 and 680, or ACA FM08 signed by a Florida physician and dated no earlier than August 1, 2009.

3. Please fill out all required information as we are required to submit our camp records for review at the end of the year.

4. No two discounts can be used in conjunction with each other.

The University of Miami Head Diving Coach, Randy Ableman and Head Swimming Coach, Christie Shefchunas, both 4x All-Americans in their sport and coaches of multiple Olympians, NCAA Champions and All-Americans, invite you to join them this summer at the 2009 Hurricane Aquatics Summer Sports Camp. In its 11th year at the University of Miami, the camp will be based at the beautiful outdoor pool at the Whitten Center on the Coral Gables campus. We will provide specific instruction in the areas of swimming, springboard diving and trampoline. Our instructors are not only some of the world’s finest athletes, but they are also safety-certified. The experience of our instructors combined with various water and field group activities will result in a fun, rewarding summer experience.
